HOW IT WORKS
Once upon a time, I was a Director in a corporate environment.
My team of 11 was considered the bad news bears of advisers.
People who got that team were on the fast track for getting gone in corporate speak.
But in eighteen months I turned the team around all the way to number two and got a promotion out of it.
