How to use Zapier (or a tool like it) to Save ten hours or more each week!

Zapier is a tool that allows you to automate certain tasks and processes, including posting to social media. Here are the steps to use Zapier to automate your social media posting:

Sign up for a Zapier account, if you don’t already have one.

Connect your social media accounts to Zapier. This can be done by going to the “Connected Accounts” section in your Zapier account and selecting the social media platforms you want to use.

Create a new “zap” by selecting the “Make a Zap” option in your Zapier account.

Choose the trigger for your zap. This is the action that will initiate the automation, such as adding a new item to a spreadsheet or receiving a new email.

Select the action for your zap. In this case, the action would be posting to your social media account.

Configure the details of your zap, including the content that you want to post and the specific social media account you want to use.

Test your zap to make sure it’s working properly.

Turn on your zap to start the automation process.

Once your zap is set up, Zapier will automatically post to your social media account whenever the trigger occurs. This can save you time and effort, and allow you to focus on other aspects of running your business.
