It’s Black Friday, so get your holiday shopping done.

Do it from the comfort of your home with AMAZON and WAL MART and all the discounts from every site.

My morning is going well, except for the constant chaos of four kids playing Fortnite on four different screens, my brother on Fortnite on the big screen while he talks on the phone.

A lot of noise and shouting and explosions and the general atmosphere of a house full of folks.

It makes for a difficult thinking spot, to write this, to work on newer work, to work period.

And so this is short, and while not as sweet as the cake I made, still packed with gratitude.

Because I know what the alternatives could be.

I didn’t make pie for Turkey Day, but I think it’s on my list of to be made tomorrow.

I’m craving pie.
