What Happened When I Asked AI to solve the CA Homeless Crisis?

It’s Hollywood, baby, what’s your dream?
Cali is the 5th largest economy in the world, and stretches along the Pacific coastline from the deserts all the way to the mountains.
It’s got cities, both big and small, ghost towns, ghost lakes and has endured a lot of misfortune on it’s way to being a beautiful place.
It’s also got problems.
Lots of them.
Lucky for LA, which just asked for $40 Billion dollars from the Federal Government to help rebuild after devastating wildfires destroyed parts of the metroplex, I asked AI to help with one of the problems facing California.
A big problem.
This is part of a series where I work with AI to define and solve BIG PROBLEMS facing the USA.
Part of what I’m asking is how to use AI to streamline costs, and solve the issue faster.
